'Portland' is a mesmerizing Greigii tulip that boasts fiery red blooms atop stunning marbled maroon foliage.  A garden gem for years to come, 'Portland' naturalizes beautifully and thrives in containers, landscapes, or even rock gardens (thanks to its compact size!). Huge blooms (over 5" wide!) make a bold statement, and they're perfect for cutting too!
