Create your own haven with our delicious fig varieties tailored for coastal gardens. The new ‘Fignomenal’ as well as ‘Little Ruby’ and ‘Beer’s Black’ can all be grown in large containers so that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy this fresh fruit. Many of the dwarf varieties can also be grown in containers for apartment patios or decks.
For in-ground, we have the resilient ‘Chicago Hardy’ as well as the uber-productive ‘Desert King’, ‘Olympian’, and ‘Lattarula’, which is also known as the Italian Honey Fig.
Our selection here has been chosen to thrive in our cooler coastal climate, but figs will always prefer as much sun as possible and very sharp soil drainage.
