Description

A timeless hybrid dating back to 1820, Rustica Rubra is a cross between denudata and liliiflora that has stood the test of time, much in part to its ease of care and outstanding beauty. Expect hundreds of fragrant, deep rose goblet blooms that emerge before the foliage, gradually peeling open to reveal a stunning white interior. Thriving in sun to light shade, Rustica Rubra continues to be a favorite for its elegance and resilience.

Grows 20-25’ tall. Hardy to USDA zone 5. 5-gallon pot.
