Description

Also known as 'Washi-no-o', ‘Eagle’s Claw’ is a distinctive Japanese maple variety known for its unique leaf structure. Unlike traditional weeping maples, the leaves hold themselves horizontally, resembling the shape of an eagle’s talon. This variety offers a striking appearance with its green foliage that transitions to yellow in the fall, often accented with orange highlights. Its unusual branching and leaf form make it an excellent choice for gardeners looking for something distinctive. Ideal for both landscapes and large containers, it creates a stunning focal point with minimal maintenance.

Grows 5-6’ tall.
Hardy to USDA zone 5.
1-gallon pot.
