Description

Siberian garlic is a pruple stripe hardneck variety of gourmet garlic. It produces large bulbs with a pungent, hot (but not overwhelmingly spicy) flavour. Siberian garlic can be used raw or cooked in a variety of ways, such as baking, roasting, frying, and sautéing. When cooked, it becomes sweeter with a mild, creamy texture. Siberian garlic grows well in our wet coastal soils. It’s a good storing variety and keeps for six to seven months.
