Music is a porcelain hardneck variety of gourmet garlic that is cold-hardy and has excellent flavour. They are mild to medium hot with a rich, musky aftertaste — a favourite of chefs! Use it raw, or roast or bake it to bring out the natural sugars.

Bulbs are four to six centimetres in diameter and can be even larger when well-grown. There are usually six to 11 cloves per bulb, which peel easily. They store well and can keep up to nine months.
