Ficus carica ‘Chicago Hardy’ is considered to be the hardiest edible fig, with the stem hardy to -12°C (10°F) and the roots to -29°C (-20°F). It produces sweet medium-sized fruit with pink flesh. 

Self-fertile. Grows 8-15’ tall. Hardy to USDA zone 6. 3-gallon pot.
