A florida x kousa hybrid from Rutgers University with large blush pink bracts that often cover the entire tree canopy and fade to a deeper hue. Expect excellent disease resistance and a modest growth rate, making this an excellent front yard specimen for smaller lots. If fruits are a problem for attracting bears, then this sterile cultivar should be the perfect choice for you.
