Description

This rare kousa cultivar originated as a sport of ‘Satomi’, with the white variegated foliage often flushed with pink highlights, shifting to red and purple tones in autumn. Even the rose bracts are edged in a delicate pastel pink, making this a spectacular addition to any garden.

It is best planted in partial shade, out of hot afternoon sun, in order to avoid foliar scorch.

Grows 10-15’ tall. Hardy to USDA zone 5. 5-gallon pot.
