Description

Clematis ‘Julka’ (1993) blows your eyes out of their sockets with rich purple flowers accented with a bold velvet-red bar. The creamy-white stamens have a touch of purple and the blooms are borne all summer.

Flowers 5-7” wide / blooms June-Sept / grows 6-9’ tall (2-3m) / sun to part shade / Pruning Group B2 / USDA zone 4 / 1-gallon pot
