The fruit of this 'Sudachi Hybrid Yuzu' (Citrus x sudachi), which is crossed with Koji orange, is picked green when the spicy juice is best used for fish dishes, soups, and even flavouring ice cream. Self-fertile.

Grows 4-5’ tall. Hardy to USDA zone 7. 1-gallon pot.
