Description

Commonly known as the Alaskan or Oval-Leaf blueberry, this resilient species is well distributed in both Asia and North America. The nectar is much sought after by hummingbirds and the delicious dark blue berries have that tangy, wild flavour. Tolerates cold and moist soils well. Ripens June-August.

Self-fertile. Grows 3-6’ tall. Hardy to USDA zone 2. 1-gallon pot.
