A hardy rhubarb variety with thick, bright red stalks that are extra sweet and retain their colour when cooked. Once established, it produces 1.8–5.4 kg (4–12 lb) of stalks per plant for up to 5 years. Deer-resistant and easy to grow.

Uses: Perfect for sauces, jams, and pies.

Grows to 90 cm (36"). Hardy to Zone 3.
